The purpose of the board is advisory and consultative in matters pertaining to educational programs and facilities of the school. The advisory body consists of the following members: pastor, school principal, teacher representative, all of which are non-voting members, and 10 voting members.
The Home and School Association encourages an understanding between parents and teachers, assists parents in achieving their mission as educators of their children through information programs, and helps foster and maintain a greater appreciation of the Catholic education process.
Any parishioner of Ss. James & Patrick and/or legal guardian of a student enrolled at St. Patrick School interested in the development of Catholic youth in St. Patrick School is eligible for membership in this Association.
Meetings are held regularly throughout the year. Interesting programs with speakers may be planned as well as open house, book fairs, children’s displays, etc. It’s a great way to meet people, learn more about school and other ways to become involved during the year.
